Grant recipients must credit the Springfield Area Arts Council in all promotional material and public notices following notification of funding through the end of the grant period in the following manner:
“<YOUR ORGANIZAITON NAME> acknowledges support from the Springfield Area Arts Council.”
Please review the grant guidelines for specific crediting details.
Logo use is restricted to current Springfield Area Arts Council grantees only. Any unauthorized use of the Springfield Area Arts Council logo or misleading text must be rectified within 30 days from any and all advertising. The Springfield Area Arts Council will notify the individual or program via email or by phone stating what must be done to rectify the situation.

RECIPIENTS OF STATE-FUNDED SAAC GRANTS
If you were notified that your grant was funded through state funds you must, in addition to acknowledging support from the Springfield Area Arts Council, credit the Illinois Arts Council (IAC). Please use this language in all promotional material and public notices:
“This program is partially supported by a grant from the Springfield Area Arts Council through state funds provided by the Illinois Arts Council.“
When possible include the IAC logo in addition to SAAC’s logo. You may download the IAC logo from their website.
RECIPIENTS OF CITY-FUNDED SAAC GRANTS
If you were notified that your grant was funded through city funds you must, in addition to acknowledging support from the Springfield Area Arts Council, credit the City of Springfield. Please use this language in all promotional material and public notices:
“This program is partially supported by a grant from the Springfield Area Arts Council through city funds provided by the City of Springfield.“
When possible include the City of Springfield logo in addition to SAAC’s logo.
